Showing to baby images with strong visual contrasts promotes brain development (Dr James Brewer, Pediatrician, California).
At birth, babies have a reduced field of vision and are attracted to the contrasting repetitive forms.
Around 3-4 months, babies are more attracted by much individual details inside objects.
Around 6-7 months they begin to see a more global view of objects.
Building on these findings, Wee Gallery was established in England by a pair consisting of a teacher and a graphic designer after the birth of their first child. They design a whole range of animals and the arts draw on stickers, maps, tables to form Wee Gallery. Different animals are designed to appeal to baby during its growth and development vision.
