Delivery to another address

It is possible to deliver an order to an address different from the billing address. You can create a new address through the order process and indicate the delivery address. So, the delivery address and billing address become different.

Once created a new address, uncheck "Use same billing address and delivery" in order to select separate addresses.

Recycled packaging

When the order process, there is a box that is checked by default that says "recycled packaging." As much as possible, to avoid waste, allobambin uses cardboard boxes previously used (of course, in good condition). Although in this case the cards do not appear as new, your order is always packaged properly and protected as it should.

Delivery of your order

For in-stock products (almost all products), the packages are shipped at the latest the day after the receipt of your payment. Here are the different cases for the shipment of your order:

• Shipping on Monday for any payment received during week-end.
•  In business day, shipping next day after receipt of payment.

 
The standard shipping method is International Colissimo without insurance.
For small packages (up to 2 kg), the Petit Paquet International Prioritaire (with follow-up or not) is more advantageous financially than Colissimo, can be proposed.

Whatever the chosen method of shipping, an online tracking link will be indicated in the "My Account" (or on a separate sheet for orders as a guest) when your package will be effective.

Shipping charges include packaging plus postage.

International delivery

Delivery charges to the world are high but allobambin tries to do his best.

In order to account for international shipping for an order, a simulator is available to you on the shopping cart page. It allows to know the shipping costs for a given cart without creating an account.

To use, simply place one or more items in your cart and go to the Go to cart page corresponding to the link at the top right, the orange link. In the "Estimate international shipping cost" at the bottom of the cart.

Note that the costs are displayed at the expense of the lowest found, which may correspond to expenses for which no monitoring is done, and if so, where allobambin not responsible in case of loss or degradation when other delivery more safer is also proposed.

When delivery charges are too high because of the weight of the cart, they are automatically disabled and you receive an error message warning you of the possibility of non-delivery of the cart selected in your country.

Generally, international delivery will be disabled if they exceed a certain amount.
