The acquisition of property through this site implies acceptance by the Buyer of these conditions of use. These conditions shall prevail over any other general or special conditions not specifically approved by the Manager.
The manager sells in its online store for new products as a trader. The French laws concerning the right of withdrawal of the Buyer applies to all products. Shipments are mainly made using the service of Colissimo of La Poste and in some cases other postal services when applicable. By ordering on the site, the Buyer agrees that the Manager as a service provider uses La Poste for the delivery of the package. Goods constituting an order are the responsibility of the Manager until they are deposited in a office of La Poste. They then become the property of the Buyer and under the responsibility of La Poste.
Shipping delays include delays in processing and preparation of your order. They work within 24 hours of receipt the payment of an order, except in exceptional circumstances, in which case the Buyer would be notified by email of the delay. To shipping times should be added delivery time. The Manager cannot be held responsible for late delivery due to a particular problem of La Poste. Therefore, no claim of any nature whatsoever can be claimed by the Buyer to the Manager. The products are delivered to the delivery address provided during the validation process control. Shipping charges cover packaging of the object and its delivery to the address of the Buyer.
During the order process, the Buyer was offered the choice between a simple mode of transmission (without insurance and delivery without signature) and a way of registered mail (with insurance and delivery against signature).
